MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 11, 2003 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the l lth day of <br />August, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada~Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Roycraft <br />Ms. Kathy Weihe <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Lynn Redlinger, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES The August 14, 2003 Planning Commission minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />PROPERTY The City Planner indicated that Therese Chlebeck and Glen Hageman <br />DIVISION - have requested approval of a lot line adjustment for their shared lot line. <br />LOT LINE This adjustment will result in the lot line becoming parallel to the <br />ADJUSTMENT - Chlebeck garage. The Planner recommended approval of the request <br />2444/2446 subject to the dedication of drainage and utility easements along the lot <br />McMENEMY line. <br />ROAD - <br />CHLEBECK Keis recommended approval of the property division/lot line adjustment <br /> for 2444/2446 McMenemy Road as requested by Therese Chlebeck and <br /> GIen.I-Iageman subject to compliance with the recommendations of the <br /> City Planner as outlined in his September 2, 2003 report. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />
