In previous telephone conversations with myself and Joel <br />Hanson, City Administrator, you stated that work will cease and that plans are being prepared for <br />either an addition to the existing dwelling or that you would completely demolish and rebuild your <br />house. <br />Plans have not been received and work has not been approved which is in violation of Little <br />Canada Municipal Code Section 301.010.A.1. and the Uniform Building Code Section 106.1. <br />All work mus Stan Complete a permit application and submit plans for approval before <br />continuing.
