You had indicated the purpose of the revision would be to move the location of the
sales lot, reduce parking requirements, and modify outdoor storage allowed. Steve Guttman,
City Planner, told you that you would need to draw ^p a new site plan. On the new plan, you
will need Co show the layout of the lot as you would like to see it after the changes are made.
Also, attaching a letter detailing why you need to make these changes and your reasoning for
allowing the outdoor storage. You will need to be as specific as possible when amending your
permit.
I also wanted to remind you, that making application for amending your conditional use permit
does not guarantee it will be approved. City staff will review your plans and make a
recommendation to the City Council, but ultimately they make the decision. It should be
understood that if you propose a revision to your site plan that does not comply with ordinance
requirements, staff will be recommending against its approval. If the Council does not approve
the amendment, you will be required to bring the lot into compliance immediately as ]aid out in
the original permit.
The paperwork needs to be submitted by Monday, June 23 @ 3:00 p.m. If you do not apply by
Monday, Tune 23, we will be commencing enforcement action under the current permit.
If you have any questions, please call me at (651) 766-4046.
Sincerely,
~/
~',
JesslcaUagoe
Code Enforcement
