Resolution declared adopted. <br />Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-12-261-DENYING THE VARIANCE FROIhI <br />DISTANCE SEPARATION REQ UIREMENTS FOR A UTO SAI ES <br />LOTS FOR 3161-3167SPRUCE STREETAS REQUESTED BY <br />VALOR ENTERPRISES BASED ON THE FACT TIIAT THIS <br />REQUEST DOES NOT iLIEET THE REQUIREMENTS AS SET <br />FORTH IN THE CODE, AND TABLING ACTION ON THE <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AUTO SALES LOT PENDING A <br />RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON <br />A TEXT AMEND~YIENT RELATIVE TO RESTRICTIONS FOR AUTO <br />SALES LOTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />AMEND Fahey opened the public hearing to consider amending the Zoning Code <br />PUBLIC allowing outdoor storage of wood chips as an interim ~,ise in the Pubiic (P) <br />DISTRICT District. The Planning Commission ]ras recommended approval of this <br />amendment subject to the amendment to Item 8 designating the City <br />Council as the entity to determine whether a site becomes a nuisance. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by Pedersen, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.
