MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />NOVEMBER 13, 2003 <br />Motion seconded by 13arraclough. <br />Ivfotion carried 6 - 0. <br />AMENDING The City Planner reviewed a proposed Zoning Code amendment <br />ZONING addressing accessory use building and principal use building defnitions <br />CODE - and establishing single-family dwelling performance requirements. The <br />ACCESSORY Planner noted that the proposed amendment also addresses the <br />~ requirements for the comiecfion of accessory use buildings to principal <br />PRINCIPAL buildings. <br />BUILDINGS <br />Barraclough recommended approval of the ordinance amendment Sectio^ <br />902 of the Little Canada City Code addressing accessory use/building and <br />principal use/building definitions and establishing single family dwelling <br />performance requirements as recommended by the City Planner. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />AMENDING The City Planner requested that the Commission table action on the <br />CONING 7,oning Code amendment clarifying the appeal process with their next <br />CODE - meeting. <br />APPEAL <br />PROCESS Knudsen recommended tabling the Zoning Code amendment clarifying the <br />_ - --- appeal process until the December ] 1'~' Commission meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />ADJOURN Wojcik recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Roycraft. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m. <br />Kespeet2iilly submitted; <br />~. <br />Kathy Glan~~ <br />Deputy CIe~J~ <br />_o_ <br />
