The botmdacyof the wetland was marked using
pink "wetland delineation" ribbon and labeled 1 through 30.
According to the National Wetland Inventory rrulp, the site consists of three different types
of wetland: PSS1C (Palustrine, Scrub-Shrub, Broad-leaved deciduous, Seasonallyflooded),
PUBP (Pahutrine, Unconsolic{ated bottom, Semi-permanently flooded), and PEN1F
(Palustrine, Emergent, Semi-petTnanentlyflooded).
The site appears to contain both Tvpe 4 and Type 6 wetlands. The Type 6 areas tend to be
found in the southwest portion and are considued to be "shnib swamps". The majority of
the site consists of Tvpe ~ "deep maLSh" wetlands.
3
