City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR A ZONING <br />DISTRICT THAT PROMOTES OFFICE, OFFICE-WAREHOUSE, AND OFFICE <br />SIMILAR, COMPATIBLE LAND USES. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />9xx.010. Purpose. The intent of the Office District is to <br />provide for areas of high-quality office development where larger <br />showroom-type retail or warehousing activities may share the same <br />building spaces. General retailing uses, or uses limited 'to <br />warehousing only, are not considered to be appropriate in this <br />district. <br />9xx.020. Permitted Uses. <br />A. Offices, commercial and professional. <br />B. Office-warehousing, as defined in this Ordinance. <br />C. Office-showrooms, as defined in this Ordinance. <br />D. Governmental and public utility buildings and <br />structures. <br />E. Essential services. <br />9xx.030. Permitted Accessory Uses. <br />A. A11 permitted accessory uses as allowed in the "B-3" <br />District. <br />B. Parking for company trucks and trailers, limited to ten <br />10) percent of the rear yard only. <br />C. Accessory buildings as allowed in the "I-P" District. <br />D. Off-street truck and trailer loading, as allowed in <br />Section 918.030.D. of the "I-P" District. <br />E. Public pedestrian trails. <br />9xx.040. Conditional Uses. <br />A. Commercial Planned Unit Development, as regulated by <br />Section 923 of this Ordinance. <br />9xx.050. Lot Requirements and Setbacks. <br />A. Lot Area: 40,000 square feet. <br />B. Lot Width: 150 feet. <br />
