MINUTES OF TIIE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA MINUTES CUP - 3058 GREENBRIER STREET - MENTES Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of August, 2001 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at ~l5 Little Canada Road in said City. AUGUST 22, 2001 Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Michael I. Tom Sweeney Nlr. Steve Grittman Mr. Jeremy Brodin Ms. Kathy Glanzer Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, RESOLUTION iVO. ?001-8-1 i8 -.APPROVING THE !11INUTES OF THE a UGUST 8', 207/7 REGULAR COUNCIL ,YIEETLVG AS.SU73NHTTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Montour, Scalze, Anderson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit allowing construction of a 36 foot by 28 foot accessory garage which will result in total garage space on the property in excess of 1,000 square feet for 3058 Greenbrier Street. The Mayor noted the recommendation ofthe City Planner relative to this matter as outlined in his report dated August 13, 2001 as well as the recommendation of the Planning Commission which lays out a couple of options decreasing the size and location of the proposed accessory garase.
