MINUTES OF TIIE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MINUTES <br />CUP - <br />3058 <br />GREENBRIER <br />STREET - <br />MENTES <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of August, 2001 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at ~l5 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />AUGUST 22, 2001 <br />Mayor Michael I. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, <br />RESOLUTION iVO. ?001-8-1 i8 -.APPROVING THE !11INUTES OF THE <br />a UGUST 8', 207/7 REGULAR COUNCIL ,YIEETLVG AS.SU73NHTTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Montour, Scalze, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider an application for a <br />Conditional Use Permit allowing construction of a 36 foot by 28 foot <br />accessory garage which will result in total garage space on the property <br />in excess of 1,000 square feet for 3058 Greenbrier Street. The Mayor noted <br />the recommendation ofthe City Planner relative to this matter as outlined in <br />his report dated August 13, 2001 as well as the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission which lays out a couple of options decreasing the size <br />and location of the proposed accessory garase. <br />
