Resolution declared adopted.
Fahey informed Nh s. iVtentes that the Council would be willing to consider
additional square footage if the additional garage space were added to the
attached garage. Fahey pointed out that this would provide more garage space
for the applicant and would have less of an impact on the neighborhood.
The City Administrator noted that CUP approval lapses if not acted upon
within six months. If that is the case, the applicant would have to submit a
written request for extension of the CUP approval.
PUD PERMIT - Ntayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider an application for
2945 COUNTRY Planned Unit Development Permit allowing construction of a 16,106 square
DRIVE - toot officeiwarehouse building at 2945 Country Drive as proposed by R. J.
R. J. MARCO Marco Construction. It was noted that the Planning Commission has
CONSTRUCTION recommended approval of the PUD Permit subject to compliance with the
recommendations of the City Planner and City Engineer.
Jacl: Bougie, 2921 Condit, reported that he has discussed the potential
subdivision of his property with the City Administrator. As part of that
discussion, the City Administrator informed him that the City would want 17
feet of right-of-way from his front yard. Bowie indicated that right-of-way for
Condit Street has already come from his property and he referenced a property
survey that was done in 1958. Bougie felt any additional right-of--way needed
should come from the east side of Condit Street. Therefore, the Council should
take whatever right-of-way it needs from the propery being discussed this
evening.
Bougie referenced Council meeting minutes from 1985 that reference the Zoch
property and the need for additional right-of--way for Condit Street. These
minutes indicate that 8.S feet should come from the west and 8.S feet should
come from the east. Elaine Zoch reported that at the time the right-ot=way was
6
