MINUTES OF TT3I; REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCN 18, 2002 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 18'x' day of <br />March, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 5] 5 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Chair Dennis Carson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tan Duray <br />Mr. Christopher Gatzke <br />Mr. Tom Roycrafr <br />MEMBERS ABSEN'L Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Scott Richards, City Alanner <br />Ms. 1<athy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES The minutes of the February 14, 2002 Planning Commission meeting <br />were approved as submitted. <br />REZONING Nick Strohbeen, Nonn's Tires, appeared before the Commission <br />& AMENDMENT requesting approval of a Rezoning from B-3 to B-2 and Amendment to an <br />TO CUP - existing Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a 40 foot by <br />477 LITTLE 50-foot accessory building that would be used for the storage of <br />CANADA ROAll - automobiles. Strohbeen reported that there would be no business <br />NOI2IVI'S TIRES conducted from this garage. The building will be constructed of <br />decorative block that would match the office area on the existing building <br />and would likely have a brown roof Strohbeen pointed out that the <br />diagram submitted shows windows in the doors of the building. These <br />windows would not be included. <br />Duray asked about blacktopping and curbing of the parking area. <br />Strohbeen reported that there would be no parking adjacent to the <br />building, but they will blacktop whatever the City requires. The Planner <br />indicated that paving up to the garage doors would be required at a <br />
