MINUTES OF TT3I; REGULAR MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA MARCN 18, 2002 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 18'x' day of March, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 5] 5 Little Canada Road in said City. Acting Chair Dennis Carson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Dennis Carson Mr. Scott Barraclough Mr. Tan Duray Mr. Christopher Gatzke Mr. Tom Roycrafr MEMBERS ABSEN'L Mr. John Keis Mr. Dan Knudsen Mr. Tom Wojcik ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Scott Richards, City Alanner Ms. 1<athy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk MINUTES The minutes of the February 14, 2002 Planning Commission meeting were approved as submitted. REZONING Nick Strohbeen, Nonn's Tires, appeared before the Commission & AMENDMENT requesting approval of a Rezoning from B-3 to B-2 and Amendment to an TO CUP - existing Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a 40 foot by 477 LITTLE 50-foot accessory building that would be used for the storage of CANADA ROAll - automobiles. Strohbeen reported that there would be no business NOI2IVI'S TIRES conducted from this garage. The building will be constructed of decorative block that would match the office area on the existing building and would likely have a brown roof Strohbeen pointed out that the diagram submitted shows windows in the doors of the building. These windows would not be included. Duray asked about blacktopping and curbing of the parking area. Strohbeen reported that there would be no parking adjacent to the building, but they will blacktop whatever the City requires.
