Total qualifying area of use is 1200 sq. tt. This is <br />adequate to shelter approximately 300 people at 4~ square feet/person. <br />Lump Sum material price is $50,79G.00 for piroduct delivered to the jobsite, as close as possible <br />under own power. Mastic joint material is an additional ~GS0.00. '1 ruck to be unloaded by others. <br />Sales tax is not included. Installation of the precast shelter is not included in the price. <br />Terms: 10% clown upon placing order; balance payable -Net 30 days from date ofstatement-refer <br />to conditions of•sale and terms, paragraphs reverse side hereof. <br />Material Price includes the precast culvert sections and two fia11-sized, handicap accessible blast <br />doors (3'-0" x G'-8"). Price is foi° oue hour free unloading time per trucldoad.
