MINUTES Ol<THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNLNG COMMISSION <br />L,1'TTLL's CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 13, 2002 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of <br />June, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANN}NG COMMISSION <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Christopher Gatzl<e <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Roycraft <br />Mr. "Tbm Wojcik <br />Mr. Tom Dm'ay <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />Mr. Steve GritUnan, City Planner <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodie, Cable TV Producer <br />Ms. 1<athy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES The minutes of the May 9, 2002 Planning Commission meeting were <br />approved as submitted. <br />SPECIAL Mr. Pat Goff appeared before the Commission requesting a Special Use <br />USE PERMIT Permit for a home occupation to operate a land development and <br />POR HOME construction management company from a house at 865 Aspen Circle. <br />OCCUPATION- <br />865 ASPI',N Keis stated that the question is whether or not the house is being used as a <br />CIRCLE- residence. While certain home occupations are allowed as accessory <br />PAT GOTF uses, they are not allowed as the primacy use of a residential property. <br />Otherwise, the use becomes a commercial business located in a residential <br />area. <br />Goff stated that he could not say that 8C5 Aspen Circle is his and his <br />wife's primary residence. Goff noted that they own a house on Dianna <br />Lane, and asked if he was allowed to own two houses in the City. <br />
