Anderson introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE' NO. 532 -AN ORDINANCE AMENDING .SECTION 913, <br />BUSINESS-WAREHOUSE ZONING DLSTRICT, OF THE LITTLE <br />CANADA CIT]' CODE KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY <br />PROVIDING FOR THE PROMOTION OF OFFICE, OFFICE- <br />YV,9REHOUSE, AND OFFICE.SIRIJLAR, COiL1P<IT7737.E LAND USES <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Anderson, LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Ordinance declared adolrted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.SOL UTION NO. 2002-4-92 - LIFTCNG THE MORATORIUM ON THE <br />BUSINESS-G!!9REHOU.SE (B-GTE ZONING DhSTRICT EFFECTIVE THE <br />DATE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE N0. 532 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) La Valle, Scalze, Montour, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0) Resolution declared adopted. <br />NORTH. STAR The City Administrator reviewed a proposed development agreement <br />ESTATES relative to construction of a storm shelter in North Star L-states <br />STORM Manufactured Home Parl:.
