The City
Administrator suggested an amendment to the Development Agreement that the City
has with Bob Groot~~~assinl< and Marl. Hotzler which would give the City an option
agreement on the DeLonais property versus exercisin~~ the City's default option.
[t was Che consensus of the Council that the City Administrator contact Orootwassinl<
and Hotzler relative to the option agreement.
