MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 10, 2016 <br />CLOSED <br />The City Attorney recommended that the Council go into closed session <br />SESSION - <br />as authorized under MN Statute 131)05.313 relating to attorney/client <br />2708 <br />privilege to discuss threatened litigation relative to 2708 Edgerton Street. <br />EDGERTON <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2016-2-38 — TEMPORARILYADJOURNING THE <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND CONVENING INTO CLOSED <br />SESSION TO DISCUSS THREATENED LITIGA TION RELA TIVE <br />TO 2708 EDGERTON STREET. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council went into closed session at 8:47 p.m. <br />Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2016-2-39 —ADJOURNING THE CLOSED <br />SESSIONAND RECONVENING THE REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The regular Council meeting was reconvened at 9:03 p.m. <br />The City Attorney reported that during the closed session the Council <br />discussed possible litigation related to 2708 Edgerton Street.
