From staff’s perspective, if a goal has at least <br />three Council votes, it seems to warrant inclusion in the goal listing. From the listing above, it would <br />also seem to make sense to include at least the first seven goals listed because of the amounts of points <br />and/or the number of voters/number of Council votes. If you add the Greenstep City goal because it <br />has 3 Council votes, that would give you eight total goals. Obviously, the Council has the discretion <br />to add other goals to the list as you deem appropriate. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
