Rocky can't do this one by himself. <br /> <br />Sexual Predator Ordinance: <br /> <br />We have enclosed the Taylor’s Falls ordinance dealing with residency restrictions <br />(Attachment D). Staff is preparing maps to show you what the restrictions look like. We <br />can’t include them in the packet due to size, but they will be available at Monday’s meeting. <br /> <br />Finance Policy Revisions – Sharon Provos: <br /> <br />Staff did make modifications to the draft revisions to the Financial Policies (Attachment E) <br />discussed at the last workshop dealing with consultant evaluations and “Requests for <br />Proposals”. You will need to comment on the revised language. Sharon is also preparing a <br />cost breakdown of consultant costs for the General Fund, Capital Improvement Funds, and <br />Developer Deposits for your review. <br /> <br />Personnel Policy Revisions – Sharon & Heidi <br /> <br />Attachment F includes revisions to selected sections of our Personnel Policy. They primarily <br />deal with PTO and Short Term Disability to remove inconsistencies from past language <br />versus what staff believes was the intended application. We also changed titles for the Public <br />Works Director, where applicable and added the City Clerk to the listing of exempt employees <br />per her employment agreement. <br /> <br />Attachment G is the draft policy dealing with PTO Donations discussed at the last Council <br />Meeting. <br /> <br />
