We want to ensure that, over the next few years, we are meeting the needs of our constituents as effectively and efficiently as possible. We appreciate the opportunity to have an informal conversation with your city council about the video programming and technical services we provide to the city and to the residents of Falcon Heights. We are also seeking input from the councils of the other member cities, from the three school boards and from community organizations and agencies with whom we have worked. Our facilitator, Barbara Raye, the Executive Director of the Center for Policy, Planning and Performance, will be leading the discussion with you. We have prepared some material to help the council members understand the North Suburban Communications Commission and CTV North Suburbs, their sources of funding, and information on our primary services – programming/video production and training. We have also pulled out key findings from the two telephone surveys that were conducted on our behalf last year. (A list of programs produced last year and the complete survey reports are also attached for those who want more detail.)
