MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 25, 2016 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 251h day of <br />May, 2016 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: Fire Chief <br />First Asst. Fire Chief <br />Fire Department <br />Fire Department <br />Fire Department <br />City Administrator <br />City Cleric <br />City Engineer <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Don Smiley <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Tim Boss <br />Mr. Pat Keenan <br />Mr. Kevin Keenan <br />Mr. Rick Boss <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />The purpose of this evening's meeting is for the City Council to meet with <br />the Little Canada Fire Department for an annual overview and discussion. <br />DISCUSSION The City Administrator stated that first he wanted to discuss the Fire <br />WITH LITTLE Department parking lot plans since the City Engineer was in attendance. <br />CANADA FIRE The City Engineer stated that in developing a grading plan and parking lot <br />DEPARTMENT layout, he had been working off the drawing for the apparatus bay <br />expansion that was prepared by the architect for the site. He stated that he <br />wants to have a discussion with the Fire Department staff about how to <br />construct the parking lot expansion and tie it into the existing parking lot, <br />and how to expand the parking lot while planning for a possible building <br />expansion. He explained that the parking lot expansion should be planned <br />
