Resolution declared adopted. <br />DISCUSS NEED The City Administrator stated that in response to the incident at the <br />FOR A Terrace Heights mobile home park and the request from the neighborhood <br />LURKING residents, the City Attorney was asked to look into the need to adopt a <br />ORDINANCE lurking ordinance for Little Canada. The City Attorney explained that the <br />reporting resident stated that he was told by the responding deputy that if <br />Little Canada had a lurking ordinance like Vadnais Heights does, the <br />3 <br />
