<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br /> <br />DATE: August 19, 2016 <br /> <br />RE: Off-Site Gambling Permits for Little Canada Recreation Association <br /> <br /> <br />The Little Canada Recreation Association has submitted two applications to conduct off-site <br />gambling. <br /> <br />Permit 1 – Golf Tournament on September 24, 2016 held at the Old Fire Hall <br />Permit 2 – Ice Fishing Contest on February 4, 2017 at Lake Gervais <br /> <br />The Little Canada Recreation Association will be selling pull-tabs and conducting raffles as part <br />of these events. Application materials are in order and City Staff recommends approval of both <br />permits as requested.
