to take reasonable steps within 72 hours to remove the graffiti or otherwise abate <br />the nuisance. <br /> <br />c. Abatement of Nuisance. If after service of notice, the responsible party fails to <br />remove the graffiti or otherwise abate the nuisance within the prescribed time <br />period, then the Health Director may cause the nuisance to be abated at the <br />expense of the City of St. Cloud.
