<br />Little Canada Zoning Ordinance General Provisions <br />903-31 <br />G. Use of Required Area. Required accessory off-street parking spaces in any district shall <br />not be utilized for open storage, sale or rental of goods, storage of inoperable vehicles as <br />regulated by Section 903.020.N. of this Ordinance, and/or storage of snow. <br /> <br />H. Number of Spaces Required. The following minimum number of off-street parking <br />spaces shall be provided and maintained by ownership, easement and/or lease for and <br />during the life of the respective uses hereinafter set forth: <br /> <br />1. Single Family, Two-Family, Townhouse and Quadraminium Units. Two (2) <br />spaces per unit. In projects where private streets or other conditions do not permit <br />on-street parking, visitor parking areas with one (1) additional parking space shall <br />be required for each three (3) dwelling units in areas throughout the residential <br />project area <br /> <br />2. Boarding House. At least one (1) parking space for each person for whom <br />accommodations are provided for sleeping. <br /> <br />3. Multiple Family Dwellings. At least two (2) fee free spaces per unit. In projects <br />where private streets or other conditions do not permit on-street parking, visitor <br />parking areas with one (1) additional parking space shall be required for each <br />three (3) dwelling units in areas throughout the residential project area. <br /> <br />4. Public Parks, Playgrounds and Playfield. At least five (5) parking spaces for each <br />acre of park over one (1) acre; two (2) parking spaces per acre for playgrounds, <br />and ten (10) spaces for each acre of playfield. When a public recreation site has <br />more than one (1) use designation, the areas must be divided for determining the <br />required parking space. <br /> <br />5. Motels, Motor Hotels, Hotels. One (1) space per each rental unit, plus one (1) <br />space for each ten (10) units. Facilities as may be provided in conjunction with <br />such buildings or uses shall be subject to additional requirements which are <br />imposed by this Section. <br /> <br />6. School, Elementary and Junior High. At least one (1) parking space for each <br />classroom plus one (1) additional space for each fifty (50) student capacity. <br /> <br />7. School, High School and Private and Day or Church Schools. At least one (1) <br />parking space for each seven (7) students based on design capacity plus one (1) <br />for each three (3) classrooms. <br /> <br />8. Church, Theater, Auditorium. At least one (1) parking space for each three (3) <br />seats based on the design capacity of the main assembly hall. Facilities as may be <br />provided in conjunction with such buildings or uses shall be subject to additional <br />requirements which are imposed by this Section. <br />
