Sign <br />area shall be as allowed by the table Section 903.110.E.5.c. (4) of <br />this Ordinance. <br /> <br />d. Roof Signs. Roof signs established prior to the effective date of this <br />Ordinance shall be considered conforming signs in these districts if they <br />comply with the following provisions: <br /> <br />(1) The City Building Official conducts an inspection of the sign and <br />finds it and any sign structure to be in good condition and not to be <br />endangering the public health, safety, and general welfare. <br />(2) All signs on the subject site meet the general provisions, <br />restrictions and performance standards of this Ordinance as listed <br />in Section 903.110 of this Ordinance. <br />(3) For the purposes of this Ordinance, roof signs shall be considered <br />freestanding signs, and shall be evaluated against the performance <br />standards for such signs. <br /> <br />e.
