That leaves a net price of $6090 for the Toro 6000 series Z- <br />turn mower. $13,000 was budgeted for the Z-turn mower in 2016. <br />Much like the large area mower, the Z-turn mower prices will increase in November so staff feels it <br />would be a good idea to purchase the mower in October. Tri-State Bobcat has also guaranteed <br />warranty coverage starting when the mower starts getting used next spring. <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends purchasing the Toro Groundsmaster 4000-D large area mower with mulch kit and <br />road light kit through MTI Distributing for a net price of $39,502.43 after trading in the Jacobsen 311T <br />large area mower for $15,000 and the Jacobsen 311 sweeper for $7500. <br />Staff also recommends purchasing the Toro 6000 series gas Z-turn lawn mower from Tri-State Bobcat <br />for a net price of $6090 after trading in the 2009 Bobcat Z-turn mower for $4100. <br />Staff recommends making both purchases in October to take advantage of pricing with the guarantee <br />that both warranties will start in the spring rather than now. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
