<br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 806 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 915 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR <br />AMENDMENTS TO ESTABLISH PUD ZONING DISTRICT “D”. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby amends Section 915, known <br />as PUD Zoning District, to add Section 915.070, PUD Zoning District “D”, by adding the <br />underlined material and deleting the stricken material as follows: <br /> <br />915.070. PUD ZONING DISTRICT “D”. The purpose of the PUD “D” District is to <br />provide a limited selection of low-traffic retail and service uses at 71 Minnesota Avenue, Parcel <br />ID Numbers 072922320049 and 072922320008. <br /> <br />A. Permitted Uses. The following shall constitute permitted uses in the PUD “D” District <br />and shall be allowed by right, subject to compliance with all of the applicable regulations <br />of the Little Canada zoning ordinance and other applicable ordinances, laws, and <br />regulations, unless specifically modified by the requirements of this District. <br />1. Construction Equipment Sales and Display <br /> <br />B. Accessory Uses. The following shall be permitted accessory uses to an established <br />principal use within the PUD District: <br /> <br />1. Signs according to the requirements of Little Canada Zoning Ordinance Section <br />903.110, and according to plans submitted to and approved by the City Council. <br />2. Construction Equipment service, indoor. <br />3. Outdoor Storage of Construction Equipment, according to plans submitted to and <br />approved by the City Council. <br />4. Outdoor Display of Construction Equipment, according to plans submitted to and <br />approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />C. Fencing and Screening. The property shall at all times keep and maintain a screening <br />buffer in place consisting of approved fencing materials and landscaping which entirely <br />surrounds the Outdoor Storage area. The property shall continue to maintain at all times, <br />and shall immediately replace, any damaged or failing landscaping, plant materials, or <br />fencing that provides a screening effect as a condition of the PUD zoning. <br /> <br /> <br />
