Amendment PW2015-04 Page 1 of 3 AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT PW2015-04 Cooperative Agreement with the City of Little Canada for Reconstruction of Rehabilitation of Centerville Road (County State Aid Highway 19) between Little Canada Road and Edgerton Street State Aid Project 062-619-034 and 200-020-011 This Amendment to Agreement PW2015-04 is between the City of Little Canada, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, (“County”) for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Centerville Road between Little Canada Road and Edgerton Street (“Project”). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Agreement PW2015-04 was fully executed on July 28th, 2015 and detailed design, construction, maintenance, and cost share responsibilities between the City and the County for the Project were provided; and WHEREAS, during the course of construction the City and County engineers determined that work outside the scope of the construction contract was needed to complete the Project; and WHEREAS, Supplement Agreements 1 through 4 were prepared to address the changes in the scope of work. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The changes to the construction contract for the Project identified and described in Supplement Agreements 1 through 4, as attached, are approved and made part of this amendment. 2. The provisions of Section 6.5, Construction Engineering and Administration Costs, will not apply to costs associated with the changes described in Supplemental Agreement 2. This includes all consultant and material testing expenses associated with this part of the Project. 3. Parties agree that no additional costs shall be charged to the County relating to Design Engineering (Section 6.3), Right-of-Way Acquisition (Section 6.4), or those relating to mobilization, field office, erosion control, traffic control or storm sewer (Sections 6.1.1 and 6.1.2). 4. The County will participate in costs associated with Supplemental Agreements 1 through 4, except as limited above, as provided in Section 6.2.
