Amendment PW2015-04 Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT PW2015-04 <br /> <br />Cooperative Agreement with the City of Little Canada for <br />Reconstruction of Rehabilitation <br />of Centerville Road (County State Aid Highway 19) <br />between Little Canada Road and Edgerton Street <br />State Aid Project 062-619-034 and 200-020-011 <br /> <br />This Amendment to Agreement PW2015-04 is between the City of Little Canada, a <br />municipal corporation (“City”) and Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Minnesota, (“County”) for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Centerville Road <br />between Little Canada Road and Edgerton Street (“Project”). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Agreement PW2015-04 was fully executed on July 28th, 2015 and detailed <br />design, construction, maintenance, and cost share responsibilities between the City and <br />the County for the Project were provided; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during the course of construction the City and County engineers <br />determined that work outside the scope of the construction contract was needed to <br />complete the Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Supplement Agreements 1 through 4 were prepared to address the <br />changes in the scope of work. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The changes to the construction contract for the Project identified and described in <br />Supplement Agreements 1 through 4, as attached, are approved and made part of <br />this amendment. <br /> <br />2. The provisions of Section 6.5, Construction Engineering and Administration Costs, <br />will not apply to costs associated with the changes described in Supplemental <br />Agreement 2. This includes all consultant and material testing expenses associated <br />with this part of the Project. <br /> <br />3. Parties agree that no additional costs shall be charged to the County relating to <br />Design Engineering (Section 6.3), Right-of-Way Acquisition (Section 6.4), or those <br />relating to mobilization, field office, erosion control, traffic control or storm sewer <br />(Sections 6.1.1 and 6.1.2). <br /> <br />4. The County will participate in costs associated with Supplemental Agreements 1 <br />through 4, except as limited above, as provided in Section 6.2. <br /> <br />
