As you are aware, the Contractor for the project <br />is Hardrives, Inc. The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate <br />is $3,803,884.44. Subtracting 2% retainage of $76,077.69 and previous payments of <br />$3,329,437.32, the amount due the Contractor is $398,369.43. <br /> <br />This pay estimate includes payment for Supplemental Agreement #6 which addresses <br />payment for the rapid stabilization of the exposed soils on the project that was necessary <br />during the delay caused by the discovery, investigation, and mitigation planning for the <br />impacted soils encountered on Centerville Road. The work remaining on the project is <br />limited to punchlist work and the Ryan Industrial Park work which has not been started. <br />We feel retainage can be reduced from the standard 5% down to 2% over the winter <br />months. <br /> <br />We have inspected the work performed by Hardrives, Inc and find it to be in compliance <br />with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
