As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T.A. Schifsky & Sons. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $449,917.11. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $22,495.85 and previous payments of $234,612.66, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $192,808.60. <br /> <br />This pay estimate includes payment for curb installation and bituminous paving on <br />Morrison and Demont. It also includes most of the restoration and testing for the project, <br />but we do anticipate some additional restoration in the spring. We have inspected the <br />work performed by T.A. Schifsky & Sons and find it to be in compliance with the plans, <br />specifications, and contract documents.
