<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br /> <br />DATE: January 20, 2017 <br /> <br />RE: Pay Equity Report <br /> <br /> <br />Attached is a copy of the Pay Equity Implementation Report that the City is required to submit to <br />the State of Minnesota by January 31, 2017. Upon receipt of this information, the State will <br />conduct statistical analysis to determine if the City is in compliance with pay equity regulations. <br />The results of their compliance review will be forwarded to the City as soon as it is completed. <br />The City is required to complete this report every 3 years, and every time Little Canada has been <br />in compliance. <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Council adopt this report as presented. <br /> <br />
