<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br /> <br />DATE: January 20, 2017 <br /> <br />RE: Planning 2017 Goal Setting Session <br /> <br /> <br />Staff contacted Mark Nagel, who has again agreed to facilitate this year’s goal setting session. <br />The Council should decide on a date and time. Mark is available on either Monday, February <br />13th or Wednesday, February 15th, or the Council can choose other dates and staff will contact <br />Mark to check his availability. <br /> <br />The Council should also discuss the desired format for the session and if there is anything <br />specific that should be addressed. <br /> <br />An article was put in the City newsletter looking for citizen representation, and the Council can <br />make those appointments at the first February Council meeting. <br /> <br />Staff recommends Council choose a date and time for the 2017 goal setting session. <br /> <br /> <br />
