MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 21, 2016 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 21St day of <br />December, 2016 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Director <br />City Clerk <br />Cable TV Technician <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Ms. Sharon Provos <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />MINUTES Torkelson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2016-12-209 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE NOVEMBER 21, 2016 SPECIAL MEETING, AND <br />NOVEMBER30, 2016 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS AS <br />SUBMITTED. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCE- Keis announced that the City of Little Canada was awarded the <br />MENTS Government Finance Officers Association Award of Distinction for the <br />City's 2015 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. He stated this was <br />the first time the City had applied for this award and thanked Sharon <br />Provos, the Finance Director, for all of her hard work to complete this. <br />
