MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of January, 2002 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />JANUARY 9, 2002 <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Ms. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Public Works Dir. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mi~. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-1-I -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />DECEMBER 19, 2001 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />DECEMBER 19, 2001 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />THE Mayor Fahey presented the Vitale Family with a proclamation recognizing <br />VENETIAN The Venetian Inn for their long history and contributions to the quality of <br />INN life in the City. Joseph Vitale accepted the proclamation on behalf of his <br />family and indicated that they are interested in re-establishing The Venetian <br />Inn in the City as part of the redevelopment of the i2ice Street/Little Canada <br />Road area. <br />
