MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 8, 2017 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 8th day of <br />February, 2017 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Clerk <br />Cable TV Tech <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />MINUTES Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2017-2-19 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JANUARY 25, 2017 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />JANUARY 26, 2017 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Keis stated that last weekend was the Little Canada Recreation <br />Association's annual fishing contest at Gervais Lake, and the Fire <br />Department sold booya. He noted that it was a successful weekend and <br />the fishing contest had over 400 people attend and the booya was sold out. <br />
