MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 25, 2017 <br />2017 GOAL The City Administrator stated that Staff contacted Mark Nagle to facilitate <br />SETTING and he is available on Monday, February 13th or Wednesday, February <br />SESSION 15th. There was Council consensus to set the goal setting session for <br />PLANNING 4:30pm on either February 13th or 15, depending on the availability of <br />Council Member McGraw. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2017-1-16 — SETTING THE 2017 GOAL <br />SETTING SESSION FOR 4:30PM ON EITHER FEBRUARY 13TH OR <br />FEBR UAR Y 15TH DEPENDING ON THE A VAILABILITY OF <br />COUNCIL MEMBER MCGRAW <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />REVIEW HIRING <br />The City Administrator stated the job has been posted and 13 resumes <br />PROCESS FOR <br />have been received to date. He stated that the Council has indicated that <br />PARKS & <br />they all would like to be included in the interview process, and he feels all <br />RECREATION <br />of the Parks & Recreation Commissioners should be invited to attend the <br />POSITION <br />interview.
