ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITS IN WHICH BULK STORAGE OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES IS TO BE RESTRICTED. The limits referred to in Chapter 38 (61) of the Minnesota State Fire Code and Chapter 58 of the National Fire Protection Association standards, in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are hereby established as follows: No bulk storage of such gases shall be permitted within the corporate limits of the City. 2001.060. The routes referred to in Chapter 3304 (56) of the Minnesota State Fire Code and Minnesota State Statute 299F.72- 299F.831 for vehicles transporting explosives and blasting agents are hereby established as follows: Little Canada Road, both East and West, and Edgerton Street, both North and South. No other streets or roads in the City shall qualify for carrying such materials. 2001.080. ESTABLISHMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE ROUTES FOR VEHICLES TRANSPORTING HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS OR OTHER DANGEROUS MATERIALS. Whenever the Chief shall disapprove an application or refuse to grant a permit applied for, or when it is claimed that the provisions of the Code do not apply or that the true intent and meaning of the Code have been misconstrued or wrongly interpreted, the applicant may appeal from the decision of the Chief to the City Council within thirty (30) days from the date of the decision appealed. Written Order Appeals: Any person aggrieved by a written order pursuant to section 108.1 of the state fire code may, within fifteen (15) days after service of said notice, appeal therefrom to the board of appeals by filing a written notice of appeal with the city administrator. The appeal shall be heard at such time as may be established by the board. The city council of the City of Little Canada shall serve as and constitute the board of appeals.
