<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING <br />FOR A CONCEPT PLAN REVIEW OF A <br />SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />PROPOSAL: <br />A request for a concept plan review of a 17 unit single family residential development on a 25.88 <br />acre parcel. During a concept plan review, the Planning Commission and City Council only <br />discuss the initial proposed site plans to determine potential issues raised by the project, and to <br />provide comments to the applicant for consideration of a future plat request. <br /> <br />The Applicant has submitted a revised plan with 17 lots on the west side of the property instead <br />of the 11 lots that were first proposed. Due to this change, the City Council has asked the <br />Planning Commission to review and discuss the updated concept plans due to the small lot sizes. <br />The applicant is NOT proposing any development on the east side of the property at this time. <br /> <br />APPLICANT PROPERTY OWNER <br />The Lincoln Group, Inc.
