MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 23, 2002 <br />R1;LONING & Mayor Fahey indicated that the Planning Commission tabled action on <br />CUP -NORM'S the request by Norm's Tire Sales for a Rezoning and Amendment to <br />TIRE SAL1;S Conditional Use Permit pending additional information. <br />Mr. Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-1-f3 -TABLING ACTION ON THE REQUEST <br />FOR REZONING FROM 13-3 TO 13-2 AND AMENDMENT TO <br />CONDlT70NAL USE PERMIT TO FACILITATE CONSTRUCTION OF A <br />SD FOOT BY 40 F00T STORAGE BUILD/NG AT 4777,ITTLE CANADA <br />ROAD AS REQUESTED BY NORM'S TIRE SALES PENDING A <br />RECOMMENDATION FROM TF/E P].ANNING COMMISb'fON <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Anderson, LaValle, Scalre, Fahey, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />AMENDMENT Mayor Fahey noted that the Planning Commission tabled action on a <br />T'O CONING proposed amendment to the Zoning Code relating to the Business- <br />COllE - 13-W Warehouse toning District.
