These four
INTERVIEWS firms were selected for further consideration after reviewing the written
proposals that were submitted to the City. The interviews consisted of
allowing the consultants to present their proposal, along with nine general
questions asked by the Parks & Rec/Community Services Manager.
At the conclusion of the interviews, the Council, City Staff and Parks &
Recreation Commissioner in attendance, deliberated on the merits of each
consulting firm and the long term needs for the city parks. After this
discussion, the consensus of those present was to have the City
Administrator contact the attendees from MSA, SEH and WSB and ask
additional questions prior to the City Council making a final decision on a
consulting firm to create the Parks Master Plan.
