He is nearing completion of the work and wants to be paid before <br />our next Council meeting, assuming all work is completed according to our specifications. <br /> <br />The payment request math is as follows: <br /> Quote Amount………………………………….…. $60,500.00 <br /> Amount Paid to Date………………….…... $45,000.00 <br /> Amount Remaining ………………………. $15,500.00 <br /> Less: Payments made to Veit for Disposal ...…….. $ 6,672.00 <br /> Amount Due at Completion ………………. $ 8,828.00 <br /> <br /> <br />Staff is recommending we authorize payment to All Metro Excavating in the amount of $8,828 <br />upon full completion of the specified work with verification of same to be made by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />cc: Aaron VanSickle – All Metro Excavating <br />4
