MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />MAY 11, 2017 <br /> <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of <br />May, 2017 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br /> <br />Chair Bill Buesing called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Bill Buesing <br /> Mr. Al Davison <br /> Mr. Chris Kwapick <br /> Ms. Catherine Beltmann <br /> Mr. Nick Sandell <br /> <br />ABSENT: Mr. Nick Schwalbach <br /> Ms. Jennifer Schletty-Flores <br /> <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br /> Ms. Jessica Jagoe, Associate Planner <br /> Ms. Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br /> Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES The April 13, 2017 Planning Commission meeting minutes were approved <br />as submitted. <br /> <br /> <br />The Associate Planner reported that John Moris is the property owner of <br />the adjacent properties at 510 and 516 Labore Road, and he resides at 510 <br />Labore Road. She explained that Mr. Moris recently purchased 516 Labore <br />Road and plans to use the home for rental purposes, and wants to add some <br />of the land from 516 to his lot at 510 for landscaping and gardening <br />purposes. She noted that no changes are being proposed to the existing <br />homes or garages on either parcel, and all of the structures meet the setback <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Buesing clarified that Parcel B at 516 Labore will still meet the lot size <br />requirements. The Associate Planner stated it does meet the size <br />requirements and the six foot perimeter drainage and utility easements are <br />shown on the survey.
