CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 814 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 703 OF THE LITTLE CANADA MUNICIPAL <br />CODE TO ALLOW OFF-SALE LIQUOR SALES ON SUNDAYS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby amends Chapter 703 of the <br />Little Canada Municipal Code by adding the underlined material and deleting the stricken <br />material as follows: <br /> <br />703.140. OPERATION HOURS. <br /> <br />(1) Except as provided in Subpart (4) herein, no "on-sale" sale of liquor shall be made <br />after one o'clock a.m. nor until eight o’clock a.m. any day of the week. <br /> <br />(2) No "off-sale" sales of such liquor shall be made before 8:00 a.m. or after the hour <br />of 10:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday, nor before 11:00 a.m. or after the hour of 6:00 p.m. <br />on Sundays and no such “off-sale” sales of liquor shall be made at any time on Sunday. No “off- <br />sale” sales shall be made on Thanksgiving Day or on Christmas Day, December 25, or after 8:00 <br />p.m. on Christmas Eve, December 24. No delivery of alcohol to an off-sale licensee may be <br />made by a wholesaler or accepted by an off-sale licensee on a Sunday. No order solicitation or <br />merchandising may be made by a wholesaler on a Sunday. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force on July 1, 2017, after its <br />adoption and publication. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of May, 2017 <br /> <br />By: ________________________________ <br /> John T.
