Also <br />attached are the current drafts of the documents that are referenced in the resolution. <br /> <br />The closing itself looks like it will be delayed into early September. Therefore, we will provide you <br />with signature pages to the documents at a later time for execution. However, following adoption of <br />this resolution, please return a completed and certified copy. <br /> <br />As we have corresponded, a representative of St. Paul Academy will be in attendance at the public <br />hearing on the 14th. I will also attend after attending the public hearing that same night in Falcon <br />Heights.
