As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T.A. Schifsky & Sons. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $188,039.00. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $9,401.95, the amount due the Contractor is $178,637.05. <br /> <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the reclamation, watermain fitting work, and <br />concrete removals on Vanderbie Road, a majority of the excavation and gravel <br />placement at the Fire Hall, and the watermain fitting and storm sewer work on Labore <br />Avenue. In addition, the Contractor completed the tree clearing in all areas of the project. <br />We have inspected the work performed by T.A. Schifsky & Sons and find it to be in <br />compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
