As you are aware, the Contractor <br />for the project is Hardrives, Inc. The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial <br />pay estimate is $3,932,509.69. Subtracting retainage of $82,508.96 and previous <br />payments of $3,817,695.03, the amount due the Contractor is $32,305.70. <br /> <br />This pay estimate includes payment for work that has been completed to date in the <br />Industrial Park including completion of the watermain fitting investigations and repairs. <br />Also included with this letter is Supplemental Agreement #5B. The groundwater <br />conditions encountered during construction required the installation of some drain tile <br />and flared end sections were added to the storm pipe inlet and outlet to minimize <br />erosion. These revisions are addressed in Supplemental Agreement #5B. <br /> <br />We have inspected the work performed by Hardrives, Inc and find it to be in compliance <br />with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
