MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of March, 2002 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />MARCH 13, 2002 <br />Mayor Michael 1. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael L Fahey <br />Ms. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />Public Works Dir. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESO/ UTIUN NO. 2002-3-51 - APPROVING T HE MINUTES OF T73E <br />FEBRUARY 27, 2002 REGUI AR COUNCIL. MEETING AND THE <br />FEBRUARY 28, 2002 SPECIAL COUNCI/. MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Scalze, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />DENNIS Mayor Fahey presented outgoing Planning Commissioner Dennis Carso^ <br />CARSON with a plaque for his dedicated service to the City. Fahey noted that Carson <br />has served on the Planning Commission for the past ten years and has been an <br />excellent member. <br />
