MINUTES CITY COUNCLL MARCH 13, 2002 WORKSHOP The City Administrator recommended that the Council call a workshop WITH MN DOT meeting with MN DOT for April 1Q 2002 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss their 694 PROJECT proposed 694 project and the impact that this will have on the Edgerton bridge and elevations of adjacent properties. The Administrator pointed out that in preliminary discussions with MN DOT, it appears they may be willing to construct a storm sewer system to serve a tunnel under Edgerton Street to facilitate a hail connection in that area. MN DOT has indicated that they will address the drainage of that underpass as part of the 694 project. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption RES'OLDTION NO. 2002-3-60 - CALI_INCi A WORKSHOP FOR APRIL 10, 2002 AT 5.30 P.M. W/TAMNDOT TO DISCUS'S THEIR G94 PRO.IECT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. Ayes (S) Fahey, Anderson, Montour, LaValle, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Fahey suggested that in developing action plans for addressing 2002 Goals, those plans include an outline of the funding requests the City will be making to the charities. Fahey pointed out that completion of the City's trail system is a high priority and one example where assistance of the charities is needed to accomplish this goal.
