29SHORT ELLIOTT HENDRICKSON INC.
Organizational Chart and Resumes
Below we have outlined a team of SEH technical resources that we feel will most accurately address your anticipated park and
trails needs. Since the level and type of technical assistance will change with the nature of the improvements, it is important
to remember that the cost of operation and maintenance far exceeds the cost of a good design. The team of specialists
assembled here (and supported by other SEH staff on an as-needed and as-approved basis), will afford the City successful
long-term, sustainable, cost-effective, trend-setting projects. Additional specialist including but not limited to lighting,
geotechnical, traffic, etc. will be employed as needed and agreed to in the project work scope and Supplemental Letter
Agreement prior to authorization.
Heather Kienitz PE
ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION -
TRAILS AND WALKWAYS
Mike Horn PLA
SENIOR PARKS AND TRAIL
DESIGNER
Kristin Petersen AICP,
LEED AP, NCI
PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT
SPECIALIST
Eric Gjerdigen
WEB AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Ed Freer LA
SENIOR LANDSCAPE
ARCHITECT
Karyn Luger LA, PE
PROJECT LANDSCAPE
ARCHITECT
Anna Springer LA
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
Deric Deuschle CWD
ECOLOGIST
Bob Kost, LA, AICP,
LEED AP®, CLARB
PRINCIPAL PLANNER
City of Little Canada
JOEL HANSON
CITY ADMINISTRATOR
Parks Public Engagement Trails
Support Services
Funding/Grant Writing, Civil Engineering, Surveying, Park Architecture
