Secondarily, Deric will provide his regulatory expertise to ensure <br />that the final plan is achievable and that components such as stormwater treatment, wetlands <br />and buffer requirements are fully incorporated and can be met while still maintaining the robust <br />plan the City envisions. <br />Deric is a senior scientist with environmental consulting and ecological research experience. <br />Deric is an aquatic ecologist and leader of SEH’s natural resources team. He provides project <br />technical leadership for wetland services such as delineations, permitting, monitoring <br />and mitigation siting and design. Along with her passion for community engagement, <br />she brings nearly 10 years of community and transportation planning to the team. <br />Kristin is an AICP certified planner, certified by the National Charrette Institute (NCI) and <br />is the senior design engagement lead at SEH. Kristin’s deep public involvement experience <br />includes creating design workshop tools, facilitating public meetings, preparing online <br />and community preference surveys, holding design charrettes and conducting workshops <br />for clients and project stakeholders. She brings a background focused on identifying and <br />managing community concerns and conflicts and documenting, writing and providing <br />graphic design for the preparation of project planning reports.
