MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 26, 2017 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 26th day of July, <br />2017 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. John Keis <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Assoc. Planner/Code Enf. <br />City Clerk <br />Cable TV Tech <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Pat Kelly <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />MINUTES McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2017-7-122 — APPROVING MINUTES OF THE <br />JULY 12, 2017 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND JULY 12, 2017 <br />CLOSED SESSIONAS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS Keis announced that Canadian Days was coming up on August 4-6 and he <br />invited everyone to attend the many events. <br />Keis read the proclamation declaring August 1, 2017 as Night to Unite in <br />Little Canada. <br />
